Whether teaching, inspiring through song, healing through my way with words, or helping seekers develop rituals and routines with my line of self-care products, I am always connected to the deep well of the Divine that lives within all of us.

My work is … to live, love and share with others from that sacred place of wholeness that is most true… and always remarkably beautiful.

Cooking with Love

I come from a rich heritage of amazing cooks!

My love of cooking has led me beyond delicious soul food recipes to creating exceptional vegetarian and vegan dishes too. I love connecting flavors and textures.

The fulfillment for me is in setting a beautiful scene and filling it with delicious foods, made with only the freshest ingredients and lots of love!!

I am so grateful for my God-given talent, and love nothing more than sharing it with you!

WORTHY! Too many times Black women are sent messages by society and media that say we are not worthy of love, respect, protection, compassion or softness.

My goal is for our attendees to leave our retreat feeling empowered and understanding that they are worthy of all of that and so much more!
